Seeking Christ's Spirit; serving as his heart and hands.

Study Groups

The best way to be a good disciple of Christ is to study the Word, meet with one another, learn together, and share our individual and corporate faith. At Monroe Street, we offer various study groups and possibilities for ongoing and seasonal study.

Book or Theme Studies

Seasonal studies are offered using books by popular authors, historical studies, Wesleyan topics, issue-oriented topics and others.  Although typically offered during Advent and Lent, other studies also become available throughout the church year. The studies are open to youth and adults of all ages. Contact Pastor Shepler (419) 473-1167

Elizabeth Circle

This group of women has been meeting together for many years and enjoy prayer, devotions, and Christ-centered discussions. It is open to women of all ages and meets the 1st Tuesday of every month at 1:00 PM in private homes. Contact Jean Marley (419) 472-1341

Stillwater Cafe

On Wednesdays at 10:00 AM people gather in the Homebuilders room for coffee, breakfast rolls, and discussion, offering the opportunity for Bible study and conversation around John Wesley's question, "How is it with your soul?" Contact Pastor Karen (419) 473-1167
